Covid-19 Update

Cassidys Hotel has introduced several enhanced safety protocols to ensure the safety of our Guests and team members.

The following enhanced safety protocols are in place to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

We will continue to strive to provide you with a comfortable relaxing environment,

while taking every precaution to keep everyone safe.

New Cleaning Protocols

All staff are trained in the difference between cleaning and sanitising. Our regular hygiene procedures have been stepped up to recognise the importance of enhanced activity to provide a safe environment for everyone.

Social Distancing

Some safety distancing controls are in place including perspex screens at reception, increased distancing between furniture in all areas. Discrete distance markers are there to remind us of the importance of allowing each other some space.

Hand Sanitising Stations

Stations for personal hand sanitising are in commonly used areas of the hotel including all entrance points dispensing alcohol-based hand rub.

Public Areas

Enhanced regular cleaning of all surfaces and common touch points are taking place.

Bedrooms

We have carried out an extensive audit of in room cleaning. Your room will be completely sanitised with medical grade disinfectant. We are rolling out the use of sanitiser sprayers and reviewing all new technologies available. After sanitising is complete, bedrooms will have a seal attached to the door and door frame assuring you that your room has not been accessed after cleaning.

Thank you for your support and loyalty, we look forward to welcoming you again soon.
