A. Located in the heart of Dublin, Cassidys Hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from Temple Bar or 2 stops by LUAS tram.
Q.Do you provide a shuttle service to/from Dublin Airport?
A. Our location is very well serviced by the following travel options:
⇨ Aircoach Express (Route 700)operates every 15 minutes to/from Dublin Airport with a stop on O’Connell Street, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the hotel. The cost is €7.00 per adult one way or €12 per adult return.
⇨ Airlink Express (Route 747)operates every 10 minutes to/from Dublin Airport with a stop on Parnell Square, less than 2minutes’ walk to the hotel. The cost is €7.00 per person one way. You can purchase the tickets for your return journey at our front desk.
⇨ Taxi. There are taxi ranks outside the Arrivals terminal at the airport. A taxi will take approximately 25-30 minutes from Dublin Airport to Cassidys Hotel. Please allow extra time for traffic. The cost of a taxi will vary between €20 and €30, depending on traffic and the number of passengers.
Q.Does the hotel have a car park?

Q.Are there any alternative car parking options nearby?
A. Yes, we offer discounted rates to Park Rite car park on Parnell Street, 5 minutes driving from the hotel. Our front desk team will provide a voucher and directions upon check-in.https://www.parkrite.ie/carparks/parnell.
Q.Does the hotel provide Electric Vehicle charging in your car park?
A. Yes, we have Three EV charge points. Two Tesla 22kw chargers and One general 22kw EV charge point. Must be booked in advance and charge cost is included in your car parking fee.
Q.Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
A. Yes, all our bedrooms are equipped with power hairdryers for complimentary use, located in the dressing table in your bedroom.
Q.Do you have toiletries in the rooms?
A. Yes, all our bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and shower gel by RITUALS®.
Q.Do you have air-conditioning in the rooms?
A. We have a limited number of air-conditioned rooms. All other rooms have thermostat-controlled heating. If you prefer a room with air-conditioning, please request at the time of the booking.
Q.Do you have wheelchair accessible room?
A. Our building is not readily accessible by wheelchair given that we are a traditional Georgian building with several steps leading into the hotel. Wheelchair access is provided via a portable ramp. We have wheelchair accessible rooms with roll-in shower. Additional information will be provided at the time of the booking.

A. We can provide irons and ironing boards to your room upon request. We also have a dedicated ironing room on the second floor of the main building.
Food and Beverage
Q.What time is breakfast served?
A. Breakfast is served in Restaurant Six between 7.30am and 11.00am daily.
A brunch menu is also available in Groomes Bistro.
Q.Do you offer gluten free options for breakfast?
A. Yes, our breakfast buffet includes gluten free options.
Q.What are the opening hours for Groomes Bar?

General Information and Policies
Q.What time is check-in?
A. The check-in time is 15.00pm. Although we cannot guarantee an early check-in, we will always do our best to accommodate our guests as early as possible at no extra charge. We are happy to store your luggage should you arrive before check-in time.
Q.What time is check-out?
A. The check-out time is 12.00 noon. A late checkout can be arranged subject to availability at an additional charge.
Q.Does the hotel have luggage storage facilities?
A. Yes, we can store your luggage free of charge on the day of arrival or departure.
Q.Do you provide a laundry / dry-cleaning service?
A. Yes, the hotel offers a same day laundry and dry-cleaning service. Laundry bags and a list of charges are available in our rooms. This service is available Monday to Friday, except for Bank Holidays.
Q.Does the hotel provide adaptors?
A. International adaptors are available for sale at our front desk at a cost of €5.00 each.
Q.What is the minimum age to check-in to the hotel?
A. The minimum check-in age is 18. Guests under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations and Amendments
Q.What is the cancellation policy?
A.The general cancellation policy for direct bookings is 48 hours prior the arrival date. However, the cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked. Further details can be found on your confirmation. Pre-pay rates excluded.

Q.How can I cancel / amend my reservation if I booked through a Third-party website?
A. If you made your reservation through a third-party company, please contact them directly for cancellations and amendments to your booking. Third party websites and travel agents may have their own cancellation policies.
