We rented two rooms, and both were roomy and clean. We arrived before check-in time (flight from the USA) and the staff allowed us to check directly into the room that was ready. Service was first-rate during our stay, and the location was close to everything. Would definitely recommend Cassidy's as being a great value.

Sehr gutes und entpfehlenswertes Hotel, optimal gelegen. Saubere Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Wlan leider nur in der Lobby und 1 oder 2 kleine Mengel die aber nicht auschlag geben sind. Bei früher Buchung sehr gute Preise.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Accomodations were clean, well kept, and perfectly located near city sites. Dublin Airport Coach pickup/drop-off site conveniently located one block from the hotel.

The breakfast's and dinner's were very tasty, and the rooms were always clean. Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful when questions needed answering, with maps for directions if necessary. I would definitely recommend Cassidy's to anyone staying in Dublin.

I stayed at the Cassidy`s hotel for three days. The hotel was first class,I will stay there again when i go back to Dublin later in the year. (Highly Recommend)

I booked Cassidys online as a result of the great reviews i read about it. I was in the city for a hospital appointment so its close proximity was the main reason, i requested online a quiet spacious room and that is what i got! It is great value for money . Staff at reception, Monika in our case is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book there again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious compared to some in Europe and the location can't be beat. Enjoyed the onsite pub and restaurant as well.

Great location for sightseeing. The rooms were very good with a little paint touch up needed on some wall repair. The shower curtain needed to be washed as there was a definite odor to it which didn't make for very nice showering. Otherwise we were pleased.

I was disspointed with the fact that there was no ventilation in our room. It was warm weather while we were staying there and one of the windows opened about three inches and the other did not open at all. There was no air conditioning in the room and it got very stuffy, especially at night. When I requested a fan for the room I was told there were none available. They did offer to move us to another room with air conditioning, but we were with our family in the room next to us and we did not want to be moved to a different part of the hotel. Other than that our stay was good. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful.

room was in need of refurbishment especially bathroom. it was also placed at back of hotel with not a very pleasant outlook and extremely noisy all night. on arrival the internal corridors needed a good hoover. on a positive note, the bar had a pleasant atmosphere and the breakfast room was nicely spaced out, however, tables could have been cleared more often and you waited a long time for staff to ask if you wanted tea or coffee on arrival, however, the actual breakfast was good.

Grinding sounds coming from water pipes in the bathroom at different times during the day. I was allowed to change rooms after I checked in and complained about the noises, but the new room I moved into had the same problem.

I found this hotel a very pleasant place to stay. The room were clean, there was loads of towels, hot water etc. There was a great choice for breakfast. The location at the top of O'Connell St is very central.

Realy nice! In great location. The bus stations (including the one for the aircoach) are one minute walk away. Everybody were very polite and helpfull. The room was great and very very clean... The breakfast was realy realy good... Very good value for money... We would deffinately stay there next time...

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast being served until 11 o'clock meant that there was no hurry in the morning. The bar meals were very good. The central location made sightseeing easy. Good value for the price paid.

i arrived 4hrs early and was given my room. i requested a quiet room it was very restful. the breakfast was great i booked dinner twice during my 3 night stay. the food was plentiful and very imaginatively served. the staff were very helpful.

Excellent choice for the price. Very attentive staff. Very clean and pleasant accomodations. Just out of heavy tourist zone, about 10 min walk to Temple Bar, and on main transit route.
